Welcome to the EBO Enhanced Learning Credits Programme.

OVERVIEW
The Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) provides financial support to eligible Service personnel who wish to enhance their educational or vocational achievements at Level 3 or above. Many of the EBO Instructor programmes allow you to utilise your ELCs to subsidise the costs of each course.
